EVIO Shopping Policy

1. Order Processing

All EVIO orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping

Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping: 7–14 business days. Shipping times may vary due to customs delays or local courier handling.

EVIO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — see current promotions for details.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EVIO purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact our support team at evioring@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at evioring@gmail.com if you need assistance.

8. Warranty

EVIO products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
